Certifications

AquaMaster is focused on bringing to market technologies that are certified and consumer-friendly. AquaMaster home water appliances are designed to lead in efficiency, quality, ease of installation, and minimal maintenance while complying with performance and safety standards in effect in Canada. AquaMaster water softeners and chlorine removal systems are certified by NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) to the NSF/ANSI 44 and 61 standards and by WQA (Water Quality Association) to the CSA B483.1 standard.

AquaMaster complies with all aspects of the NSF/ANSI 44 standard which covers performance and efficiency ratings. This gives you the confidence that the efficiency ratings posted have been verified by a third party laboratory.

AquaMaster also conforms to NSF/ANSI 61 health effect standards which is required by many government agencies. It ensures that all material that come in contact with your water are in compliance with health standards. This is usually required in provincially or municipally managed projects.

The CSA B483.1 standard is primarily a structural integrity and safety standard. Complying to this standard gives you the confidence that the product has been designed and manufactured to meet safety standards in your home. It has been made mandatory in Quebec since 2011 and in Ontario since January 2014. AquaMaster complies to this standard as well, compliance has been verified by WQA and is confirmed by the Gold Seal above.

AquaMaster is a member of the Canadian Water Quality Association and maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
